甲骨文“龙”字像一条上下翻腾的龙。龙巨首、长角、大口、长身，是传说中的一种神兽，能兴云降雨。

　　The oracle bone script form of  “龙” resembles a dragon undulating up and down. The dragon，with its colossal head， long horns，large mouth，and elongated body，is a mythical creature believed to be able to summon clouds and bring rainfall.
